From Gatineau, multidisciplinary artist Camille Lescarbeau (b. 1993) lives and works in Montreal. Having danced for more than a decade, her practice is now anchored in visual arts. In 2018, she completed her BFA in Art History and Studio Arts from Concordia University. She has taken part of numerous group exhibitions in Quebec, in spaces like le Livart, the FOFA Gallery and l'Imagier. At the moment, she is part of the second year of the emerging contemporary art fair ARTCH by Art Souterrain and first edition of artistic mentoring program MOMENTUM by mentorly. She is doing her MFA at UQAM, with her research focusing on paper making, material agency and care.
